What is Team 5-Hour?
Team 5-Hour is a movement by fitness professionals to share 5-Hour Energy with their clients. As Team 5-Hour members, fitness professionals also have exclusive access to pro-priced 5-Hour Energy products. Every referral and every purchase earns you more points good toward winning the grand prize trip for two to the 2009 SCW MANIA event of your choice. There are no membership fees, no hidden costs and absolutely no obligations. When will my free sample and welcome kit arrive?
Your free sample of 5-Hour Energy will be shipped in approximately one week after your Team 5-Hour registration is verified. If you joined Team 5-Hour at a fitness event you should have received your welcome kit and your free sample that day.
How do I earn more points?
Share 5-Hour Energy with your clients or buy exclusive pro-priced 5-Hour Energy products. Every action your client takes also earns you more points. Learn more about the Team 5-Hour point system.
I have used all of my client free sample vouchers, can I order more?
Yes. Each free sample voucher pad includes 50 vouchers. If you have run out of vouchers and have yet to reach your 20 free sample maximum, order more here. You can also simply refer a client to Team5Hour.com. When they log in, ask your client to reference your Team 5-Hour ID number, found on your Team 5-Hour membership card.
Is there a limit to how many pro-priced drinks I can purchase?
Yes, each fitness professional is limited to buying four 12-packs of the pro-priced 5-Hour Energy drinks per month.
How are my points used?
Team 5-Hour points are good for additional entries to win the grand prize, a trip for two to a 2009 SCW MANIA event and a year long supply of 5-Hour Energy. Every 5 points you earn is good for one entry. Learn more about the Team 5-Hour point system.
Will I compete with my clients for prizes?
No. Your points and client's points are placed into entirely different prize pools. Tell me more about points and prizes.
What are free sample vouchers?
When you join Team 5-Hour you receive a welcome kit. Inside you'll find free sample vouchers. Encoded with your Pro ID#, your clients use the vouchers to sign up for Team 5-Hour at Team5Hour.com. When they do so, they are instructed to plug in your Pro ID # which then ties their account to yours. They are sent a free sample of 5-Hour Energy and registered to win the Team 5-Hour prizes. Their registration and actions they take within their Team 5-Hour account can earn you more Team 5-Hour points. Order more vouchers or learn more about points and prizes.
What is my Pro ID#?
Your Pro ID# was assigned to your account when you first registered for Team 5-Hour. Find yours by checking your account or you can also find your Pro ID# on your membership card included in your welcome kit.
How do I refer a client to Team 5-Hour?
Refer clients by sending them directly to Team5Hour.com with your pro ID#. Or hand them a sample drink voucher included in your welcome kit. You can order more sample drink vouchers. Your clients do not need your Pro ID# to register but when they use it during registration your accounts are linked and you earn more Team 5-Hour points!
I took the Team 5-Hour survey, but my points aren't showing up?
Your 45 Team 5-Hour points for taking our survey will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. If it's been longer please contact us. Also, you will only receive bonus points for taking the survey once. Any additional survey entries will not earn additional points.

Why is there a 20 free sample client maximum?
When Team 5-Hour first launched, 5-Hour Energy free samples were offered to all new members, including those who were not referred to the program by a fitness professional. However, we reached our free sample capacity of 5,000 due to an overwhelming response from non-referred consumers. To maintain the value of the program and to ensure that verified fitness professionals can still extend a free sample to clients, we will continue offering free samples to all fitness professionals and up to 20 of their referred clients.
How does this affect my chances of winning?
The maximum cap of 20 samples per fitness pro will not affect your ability to earn more Team 5-Hour points or your chances to win the grand prize or weekly prizes. After you reach your 20 client sample maximum, any additional clients you refer will still be qualified to win the grand prize or the weekly prizes and you'll still earn 25 Team 5-Hour points for that referral.

Visit your My Account page for all of your Team 5-Hour points and account activity.
